Internacional women’s day campaign in Ireland

Company: Sooner Than Later (an Irish company that works with direct email, distribution, printing in large scale and corporate hampers for more than 35 years)

My roles in this project:

  • Email marketing
  • Marketing automation

The main goal of the campaign was to start a relationship among companies that we were planning close deals in the following 6 months, while contributing and honoring the women at women’s day to present the posturing of Sooner Than Later.

The campaign counted with strategy to attract qualified leads via Linkedin / Sales Navigator/ Snov.io/ WordPress and Mautic, while acting offline with a low impact revenue campaign, but personalised.

We divided in 3 main steps:

1- Sending a personalized kit to the correct leads, with decision making power.

2- Outbound for a ample public, but similar

3- Higher reach and entry via the marketing sector in companies that we had as a goal to start a new partnership

The outcome achieved was the scenario. We created partnerships with multinationals, based on meetings, quotations, sales and engaging inside each company as women felt more represented and cared for by Sooner Than Later.

Free personalised box shipping for women in the marketing industry:
I idealized the product`s box, developed templates, designed and finalized prototype tests. This action by itself generated 121 potential and qualified leads.
