{"id":1035,"date":"2021-04-18T13:20:29","date_gmt":"2021-04-18T13:20:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/?p=1035"},"modified":"2021-08-05T19:31:05","modified_gmt":"2021-08-05T19:31:05","slug":"inbound-marketing-strategy-and-increased-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/pt\/inbound-marketing-strategy-and-increased-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"Estrat\u00e9gia de Inbound Marketing e aumento das vendas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Empresa: IPOG Pernambuco (Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de ensino superior que opera em todo o Brasil com mais de 52 unidades)<br>Per\u00edodo e lugar: 2017 no Brasil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao entrar no IPOG tive o meu primeiro contato com o trabalho de Inbound marketing na pr\u00e1tica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eu passei meses estudando sobre a estrat\u00e9gia e logo pude perceber que a forma como as 2 ag\u00eancias que trabalhavam para o IPOG Pernambuco na \u00e9poca n\u00e3o estavam obtendo sucesso com a estrat\u00e9gia por n\u00e3o desenvolver um trabalho personalizado para a empresa. Por isso montei um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o e apresentei a diretora geral da empresa e ela decidiu me inserir como a respons\u00e1vel pela estrat\u00e9gia do marketing da nossa regi\u00e3o no m\u00eas de Outubro de 2016, em poucos meses pudemos ver os avan\u00e7os alcan\u00e7ados e que compartilho abaixo com os relat\u00f3rios extra\u00eddos da ferramenta RD Station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"568\" src=\"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon-1024x568.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1055\" srcset=\"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon-1024x568.png 1024w, https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon-300x166.png 300w, https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon-768x426.png 768w, https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon.png 1087w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para o gr\u00e1fico acima vemos que os acessos ao site que antes tinham uma m\u00e9dia de 800 acessos passaram para 6000 acessos; passamos a ter consist\u00eancia e crescimento de acessos org\u00e2nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abaixo temos o crescimento de leads: no primeiro relat\u00f3rio, t\u00ednhamos com o trabalho da ag\u00eancia uma m\u00e9dia de 20 leads por m\u00eas, mas depois que eu fiquei respons\u00e1vel pelo setor e criei um time de marketing digital interno passamos a ter uma m\u00e9dia de 500 leads por m\u00eas nos \u00faltimos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-2-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1056\" width=\"408\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-2-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon.png 414w, https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/relatorio-2-ipog-pernambuco-Camilla-Odilon-300x166.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 408px) 100vw, 408px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando cheguei no IPOG n\u00e3o existia um setor de marketing, eles tinham duas ag\u00eancias e gostariam apenas de um profissional para coordenar o todo. Mas em 5 meses tive uma reuni\u00e3o com os diretores da unidade e apresentei alguns pontos cegos do trabalho exclusivo com ag\u00eancia e sugeri termos um time interno para alcan\u00e7armos os resultados que almej\u00e1vamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quando eu iniciei o trabalho existia uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Inbound marketing criada com muitos gaps e que n\u00e3o apresentavam resultados consistentes, ap\u00f3s o trabalho com o time interno conseguimos mudar a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa que estava no vermelho para um maior \u00edndice de lucratividade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Processos e otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Implementei ferramentas novas no setor, processo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre marketing e vendas. No IPOG o setor de vendas era grande e muito importante para a empresa e criei ciclos de reuni\u00f5es e resultados para ter a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o do setor de vendas. Com a paz estabelecida entre o setor de marketing e vendas tudo fluia bem e criamos m\u00e9todos de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados onde t\u00ednhamos um r\u00e1pido feedback do setor de vendas sobre a qualidade dos leads, ap\u00f3s esse feedback n\u00f3s consegu\u00edamos otimizar as campanhas e entregar leads com mais qualidade e isso refletia nas vendas e na otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo dos vendedores.\nEsse trabalho de otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o nos levou a ter mais leads, mais qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o desses leads por um pre\u00e7o 12,50% mais baixo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Inbound Marketing:<\/strong> Reestruturei as a\u00e7\u00f5es para a estrat\u00e9gia de inbound marketing que existia e em 6 meses ap\u00f3s esse trabalho iniciado por mim tivemos um aumento de 285.71% nas vendas feitas para leads. Dessas vendas 17% aconteciam atrav\u00e9s dos disparos de e-mail marketing junto a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fado personalizada e as demais vendas em sua maioria vinham diretamente dos an\u00fancios. As vendas atrav\u00e9s da pesquisa org\u00e2nica eram corriqueiras mas apresentavam um bom potencial a ser explorado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>An\u00fancios:<\/strong> Eu desenvolvia os an\u00fancios no Google e Facebook Ads por tipos de cursos diferentes. An\u00fancios de PPC e gera\u00e7\u00e3o de leads. Fazia testes A\/B para otimizar os resultados e o contato direto com o setor de vendas nos fazia ter agilidade para melhorar os an\u00fancios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treinamento:<\/strong> Como o atendimento a leads era algo novo e o atendimento precisava ser diferente criei algumas etapas para o atendimento e treinava o time de vendas para como atender os leads nas diferentes etapas do funil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/inbound-marketing-camilla-odilon-Ipog-PE-2017.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/inbound-marketing-camilla-odilon-Ipog-PE-2017.png 800w, https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/inbound-marketing-camilla-odilon-Ipog-PE-2017-300x188.png 300w, https:\/\/camillaodilon.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/inbound-marketing-camilla-odilon-Ipog-PE-2017-768x480.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SEO e personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> usei a estrat\u00e9gia de sitelinks e fazia o trabalho de selecionar as palavra-chaves por n\u00edvel de importancia e facilidade no ranqueamento para solicitar as pautas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o da ag\u00eancia. Mas nesse processo entendi que a ag\u00eancia apenas tinha uma entrega t\u00e9cnica, por isso passamos a produzir conte\u00fado bruto interno como depoimentos e entrevistas em audio e v\u00eddeo com os especialistas e enviamos esse material para a ag\u00eancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conseguimos colocar a palavra chave \u201cO ipog \u00e9 bom?\u201d na primeira posi\u00e7\u00e3o e p\u00e1gina do google em 4 meses, e essa n\u00e3o era uma palavra com o maior numero de pesquisas mas era uma palavra importante para a fase do meio e fim do funil. Nossos n\u00fameros de visitantes via pesquisa organica do site ap\u00f3s a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de conte\u00fado personalizada passou a ser quase 50% dos visitantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E-mail marketing:<\/strong> Criei a rotina de acompanharmos as m\u00e9tricas para os envios de e-mail marketing e as campanhas eram separadas por curso. Mensalmente faz\u00edamos uma m\u00e9dia de 15 envios e a m\u00e9dia de clique no link era de 7% em um envio para cerca de 34k leads.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marketing e vendas: <\/strong>mensalmente eu enviava um relat\u00f3rio com as m\u00e9tricas do marketing cruzadas com os n\u00fameros e informa\u00e7\u00f5es de venda.
